Stroll its charming cobbled streets, and be captivated by the majestic Ducal Palace. As the morning exploration whets your appetite, settle into a traditional eatery in Vila Viçosa. Here, indulge in an authentic Alentejano lunch, where regional dishes are paired perfectly with local wines, offering a culinary experience to remember. Our journey concludes in Redondo, a village where artistry and viticulture converge. Renowned for its pottery and ceramics, Redondo is also home to some of Alentejo's most esteemed wineries. Engage in a curated wine tasting session, savoring the region's signature reds and aromatic whites. South Portugal's wonders are truly mesmerizing! The stunning beauty captivated me, although some variations in hotel standards and transportation services were noted. Yet, the overall experience was delightful. To truly amplify the adventure, adding more inclusive tours would allow for a deeper exploration of this incredible region. The charm of South Portugal is undeniable, promising an enriching and unforgettable journey!
From the stunning coastal vistas to the rich historical sites, every moment was a treasure. The hotels were comfortable havens, offering top-notch service, while the tours and guides brought the region's history and culture to life brilliantly. However, during my stay in Lisbon, the AC in the hotel had a minor glitch, but the promptness of the emergency contact's response could've been improved. Nonetheless, these small blips didn't overshadow the overall magnificence of this unforgettable journey.
